He's on some of the "Friends & Relations" stuff, isn't he - "Who's Gonna
Win the War (live)", and "Valium 10" at least.  And there's _Hawklords
live_, too.  And that's without the myriad compilations...  "Shot Down in
the Night" alone has sixteen entries in the Codex!

I bet he is owed royalties...  but I'd also bet he'll have a job seeing
any of them.  Allegedly, even Calvert had a hard enough time getting his
due. :(

But, good luck to him, I say!
