Ok since the list is back in order I'll end my self imposed boycott and
jump in...

Oh well you guys outside the US have better luck than I. I talked to
the dude who made the boots last week and he has sold out, he made just
under 200 copies. It wasn't a wasted call however we plan to trade some
tapes.

He also told me the band got wind (no pun) of his venture and he got scared,
so there are no plans to do another run at this time.
