New HW Cover #3 available for download

       Cranked out yet another version of the HW Cover Tape project
       insert, this time for tape 3 of the set.  I tried to take into
       account the suggestions made on BOC-L.  Any interested parties are
       invited to download and examine it from Paul's ftp site at
               csgrad.cs.vt.edu:/pub/boc-l

       Changes from previous versions include a new font for the word
       "NETHAWKS", the return of the original disclaimer from Tape 1, and
       a futuristic font for the track listing (hopefully easier to read).
       The title of this tape is "Charged With Cosmic Energy".  :-)

       If this one passes muster from the list, then I will re-make the
       first two tape labels to be identical to this 3rd insert, with
       the only exception being the tape names and the tracklists.  When
       printed, each insert will be on a different colored paper.
