HW: Updated tape cover available for your perusal

The updated tape cover has now been placed on csgrad.cs.vt.edu
(128.173.41.41); same bat name, same bat location
(ftp://csgrad.cs.vt.edu/pub/boc-l/hwcover1.zip)...

Btw, the original previewed fine under Ghostscript, and I must say it
looked mighty impressive!!  I have to agree that the script font may
be a tad on the small side...
