Who is luis.pardal at crcas01.x400.gc.ca ?

Hi All
For the last week or so, I keep getting 'Delivery Report (failure) for
luis.pardal at crcas01.x400.gc.ca' messages from the X400GATE MTA
(gateway.x400.gc.ca).

I can only assume that some of my mail goes through this gateway, and is
failing for some reason. As most of my mail is directed to boc-l'ers, I
was wondering if anyone here has been expecting replies from me that they
haven't received?

Unfortunately, the error message never contains any details of the
original message, so I'm at a loss!
