Another BOC Home Page

Did a search on Yahoo this morning and found a new link to another BOC
homepage.  The www address is as follows:

http://www.public.asu.edu/~fayst/boc.html

Check it out -  today the homepage had the complete FOUO version of Veteran
(2.7 Mb) available for download. [Under the link called 'Today's Special'.]
I suppose this creator is not concerned of copywrite laws - good for him !
