This ought be in a Hawkwind FAQ - no, I'm not volunteering! :)

It's "Ich weiss nicht, was ich sagen solle", which translates as "I do
not know what I should say".

This is a little ungrammatical as it stands - the final "solle" should be
"soll".  Calvert was presumably made aware of this, because he gets it
right on the live version on Weird 105.

Damn fine version, incidentally, with House on top form on keys and then
violin, some really evil guitar from Brock, His Majesty King Simon going
mental on drums, and even, if I'm not mistaken, a bit of Calvert synth in
the middle.
