        I believe it was Dave Wyndorf (of Monster Magnet) who said that
Hawkwind's songs were basically like Ramones songs except that they were 20
minutes long and had audio generators :)  (and for good or for ill, I'm
sure he meant that as a positive comment--as would I :)
