Well.....I have Workshop of the Telescopes right here ...just got it 2 days
ago while i was away in Tennessee cruising past Dollywood. There are 2 Cd's,
with 15 songs on one and 17 songs on the other. With Steve Schenck's and
Bolle's help, a lot of BOC memorabilia was used to create a very nice
booklet, with old tour passes, stickers, etc. Old friend Arthur Levy wrote a
fairly concise history/liner notes and Mike Watt is quoted. Some pretty neat
old photos, as well. Also, the discs themselves have some boc artwork on
them...all in all, Sony did a very good job..hope everyone likes it

It appears Sony/Columbia/Legacy is seriously going to promote "Workshop of
the Telescopes", for which we are very happy. A ten city campaign will begin
on classic rock stations, a lot of cyber activity as well, promoting the boc
web sites, and bocfanclub at aol.com. A special i guess u would call it
"collectible" mailing will be sent to all fan club members from Legacy and to
fan club members only. Not sure what it will contain. i have been informed
that it says in some magazine that we intend to "tour" this Fall to promote
the 2 cd set...as i recall , we are OTF...including Europe, which will begin
on the last weekend of October...guess we will have to celebrate Halloween
over there this year. Alot of you are asking about John O`Reilly, our new
drummer..he is doing great and a pleasure to play with...Danny "The Law"
Miranda is kicking ass on bass. So , this weekend we are off to State
College PA, Ok City and Little Rock...see youz
