According to Albert, the reason for no Imaginos has to do with no imagination
rather than the lawsuit-- which was settled out of court. They have the
rights to all of the material and performances recorded for Columbia. They
don't have the rights to what they sell as the Live in 76 album and video,
but that's another story. What this sloppily slapped together package (the
senseless track selection reflects as little thought as the horendous art
direction, unproofed liner notes and out of focus graphics) also makes clear
is how missing in action Sandy Pearlman is.
