OFF: Electric Orange question

       I have heard some positive comments about the group Electric Orange
       who have one(?) title available from Germany. I have just seen a
       listing for an apparently domestic (USA) release by Electric Orange
       called "Orange Commutation".  It is listing for US$12.99.  Does
       anybody else have any info on this one?

       I would like to know if this is the same group from Germany, and if
       this is the same release that has been available as an import, and
       anything else of interest.  Respond private or public.
