The guys were, according to Ed Tierney, "pumped" for the show.

The kids were really getting into it, especially during Godzilla.
I think that perhaps I Like To See You In Black would have gone down
well that evening, and we could have seen a mosh pit from the kids.

After the show Eric & Buck were in a fine mood. We spoke about guitars,
UFOs, and BBQs for awhile, but they were obviously tired from the long
trip to Farmington, NM.  Danny was enjoying himself and very talkative
while John seemed to be kkeping to himself while chain-smoking.  And
as for Allen, well that guy must have lost something because he kept
looking all over the stage after the show.
