I asked Steve Pond about this to see if he could shed any light - this is
what he told me:

That ICU release is (probably) the album Trevor (ex. ICU guitarist) made in
Italy at Armano (aka Dino Ferrari)'s house.. no idea if it's any good, does
it say what label it will come out on?
