I had 46 standing orders for sets, including a few late orders, me, and
contributors.  I ordered enough tapes for 50 sets, figuring on some
additional late comers.  (Steve, you had already asked for a set).
That's the print run:  I'm sure someone among those getting sets could
mercifully copy their set for anyone who doesn't get one.
