Ah yes. _Hinterlands_ & _Fragments of a Hologram Rose_ are the dog's
proverbial ....

I assume you mean Snow Crash & Diamond Age. I must confess whilst I fairly
burnt through Snow Crash, Diamond Age is taking a lot longer. I think its
fairly nifty how Stephenson crafts his writing style to the feel of the
story (i.e. hip & slick for SC), but, this means flowery & extended to reflect
the Neo-Vicks, which makes it a bit less consumable. I think Mr Drexler had a
few too many words in Neal's shell-like also...
