OFF:Trepanation??

Is this true, or is someone just pulling the wool over everyone's eyes?
I've seen this on the 'thirdeye' web site
(http://zikzak.zikzak.net/~thirdeye/), but I'm a bit skeptical as to the
authenticity of some of it; some of the events seem a bit too convenient,
or perhaps too surreal.  (Though there have been procedures like that in
the history of medicine.)

Oh well, I can't say it's not interesting.  But I need a third eye like I
need... uh, never mind. :)
