Keith,
Haven't you heard my cries for Nektar fans?! :-)
>Well, I must've missed the first part of this thread, because I have no idea

>is the same guy as the keyboardist from Nektar. Assuming it is, then you

I just replied with this same question. I don't believe he is - this Freeman
also wrote some books, including one on the Beatles. I guess he was more of a
music journalist.
I really hope it is him. I sure got a lot of questions about Nektar! :-)
>So, he's a DJ now??? Hmmmm....what are any of the other Nektar members
>these days...I've heard of two other bands Roye Albrighton was in (can't
>remember the names right now), but I've seen only ho-hum reviews of these
>groups.
Snowball and Quantum Jump or something. I've heard one album by one of those,
but didn't like it too much. I've tried to locate the other members (I called
Peter Hauke and I've tried to search on the Internet for their names - I
still have to call Dieter Dierks one time), but that did not work.
>PS. Sure wish Journey to the Centre of the Eye would be remastered...along
>the rest of the Nektar catalogue.
I spoke to Bellaphon a couple of times, and they're not too interested in it.
Also, Man In The Moon (Ariola) will never be re-released, let alone
re-mastered...
Have you got any Nektar live tapes???
Jerry
