i answered this in another post,but am seeing red at the moment,so...
yes,the idea passed by a landslide.the feds are still busting them tho.


im not as well versed as jerry obviously,but was recently in amsterdam.
its dirt cheap! i got three grams of northern lights for 10 guilders
which
is about 6.59 u.s. dollars.you can only buy up to like an ounce at a
time.
i think you can only carry like five grams.
the funny thing is,as common as grass was,the locals dint seem to be
all that into it.they might stop in for a puff or two on the way home
for work,
like some americans would stop in for a beer.      rj
