these things are never for real.  Unless you run an attatchment it is impossible
to get a virus from e-mail.  If you get an attatchment, (like the recent sheep
item on BOC-L) either scan it or delete it.  There is no way possible for a
virus
to be run by reading e-mail.

This is the same hoax as the "good times" warning that went around awhile back.

In a certain sense, the warning itself is a virus, as it causes gullible
people to
create copies of the message and send them to other gullible people, who
replicate it in this fashion.
