Joel,
You are right to a point, and I take no offense.  Still, it's a fact
that SOMEBODY stiffed Albert out of his share.  Even if the band
didn't know it at the time, I'm sure they've heard about it since.
In which case, they should have taken it upon themselves to do the
right thing by Albert.  Even if they're pissed at him now, he was at
the heart of the band for at least 15 years.  That should count for
something.
