        Yeah, on the RT list covert trading is tolerated in this way--
people with tapes to trade generally announce they have "footwear" to
trade and can be contacted by email off list :)

        RT is *very* picky on what live material he considers suitable
for the public to hear in recorded form, and the rules on the list
are a concession to that.  RT even had one of his completely official
live albums yanked (_Small Town Romance_) because he didn't like the
performances.  Imagine Hawkwind doing _that_!  ;)
