1. ebs is hw's own label, and really too young to be strong.what may be
a small issue to a big co. may verywell be crippling to a label this
size.
2.if all this is true,it must have been deliberate on the part of
griffin. i can't imagine it being easy to bypass all those tariffs,
griffin must be taking a loss to do it.if i were hw or their management
i think i would be insulted,as well as injured.
3.it may be that since griffin has caught up w/ hw's catalogue,hw feels
that they would be better off on their own.this may only be a loophole
to help hw cash in on their own efforts.
4.i have no ill-will toward griffin, and as a fan, am grateful for
there efforts.with hw,it's business, and only that.none of us knows
the inner workings of the deal.
5. after 25+ years of being lied to,duped, violated and used, perhaps hw
is finally fed up?
6.after spending a week visiting with the band before and after gigs, and
seeing what these boys are really like,as far as i am concerned, they can
do anything they like.these are some of the kindest men i've ever met.
(i know i sound enamoured, but you would have to have been there.)from
everything i've seen with my own eyes, anyone who calls brock and co.
greedy, is at best- mis-informed.
cheers,(ohshitthebritshavegotmesayingitnow)
