Certainly.  If you have a web browser, point it to the following URL:

ftp://ftp.spc.edu/boc-l/boc_faq-2_1.txt

If you have ftp access, you can use your FTP program to connect to:
ftp.spc.edu
go to the "boc-l" directory -- the latest revision of the FAQ (version 2.1),
along with earlier versions can be found there.

As a last resort (but almost always works ;-) ), you can e-mail a request to
me (jswartz at mitre.org), and, when I have time, I'll send it to you.  The current
version of the FAQ takes up about 250K of disk space.

Version 2.2 is still scheduled to come out later this year - as always, it will
be better, and bigger than the current version.
