No, 'they' don't, we can keep our own teeth clean by ourselves.

I've never tastes worse water than when I was in the US. Er... /drinkable/
water that is - I have lived in Italy for a while, and I didn't dare
smelling the water :-) But seriously, I had to buy water in bottles...

Hm... I seem to have experienced otherwise. I don't pay much attention to
other people's teeth when I'm not kissing them, by the way.
