Just a little typo.  The site is csgrad.cs.vt.edu [128.173.41.41].

>        The dir is:         pub/boc-l
>        The filenames are:  hwc1.zip, hwc2.zip, hwc3.zip, hwc4.zip

Remember to transfer in binary mode.
