Eric and Buck on AOL

That's fine if you are an AOL fan... but I wont support AOL with their
criminal hourly rate just to be a 'real' BOC fan... I feel he would be a
valuable presence on the BOC-L, but he has told me not to listen to Al and
Deb as they spread lies and that he wished Deb in particular would just
refrain from attacking them at every turn... this was like a year ago...
Having been here for awhile, I don't really see what Eric is talking
about. You'd think from what he said that Al and Deb ruled the BOC posts
with an iron hand while they held court every mailing. I think Eric might
not feel comfortable posting here knowing Al could promptly and directly
refute/talk back to him. Actually it sounds like a bad soap opera. I think
it would also behoove Eric/Buck and Al to provide their own version of the
faq or at least provide a personally annotated copy. Its not often an
artist gets to be this 'hands on' with their fans and be able to provide
them correct and current information. Look at Kiss... (you don't have to
listen to 'em... though talk about collectable...) they are making sure
their current press releases and soundbytes let everyone know they are
keeping in touch with the fans and they are dedicated this new tour/and
the past convention tour to giving them exactly what they want... I think
they will benefit for it.
