There ARE a few dealers advertising in GOLDMINE with copies of Club
Ninja -- I recommend you check there (patience and a magnifying glass
will take you far when reading Goldmine!).  If you still can't find it
that way, e-mail me (jswartz at mitre.org) and I'll try to point you to a
few on-line dealers that may carry it.
