HW: US Covers: update

Hi all,

I will be out of town tomorrow through Tuesday of next week (the 28th),
so any Covers requests/inquiries won't be handled for a week at the
soonest.

I'm pretty sure Dave, Chuck and I have straightened out the problems with
tapes 3 and 4, and I should be able to begin making tapes next weekend.
Sorry for the delays, but we do want to see things done correctly the
first time around :-)
