HW: SA and CYM

When I was at Tower Records yesterday, I was able to pick up both
_Sonic Attack_ and _Choose Your Masques_ for $12.99 each.  There is a
sticker on the shrink wrap that says TOWER IMPORT, but they looks like
the standard Griffin releases to me.  Are these really imports besides
being from Canada?
