Hey Paul, ever listen to the Melvin's "Joan of Arc"?  It's heavy like
a falling planet.  I think it stretches the ability of digital
technology to capture the sheer weightiness of it.  :-)

Semi-unrelated note: there's a little ditty of theirs on Stoner Witch
that always breaks me up: "Junebug".  It's...  ummm... how to describe
it?  Rythm by Metallica, melodic lead by The Ventures.

(I agree about Kyuss, though - they make use of a good heavy groove
like nobody's business.)
