Actually, here, then, is an EDITED list of the HW CD releases - these the
ones that are not available in the U.S., either as Canadian-brought-over-
by-Griffin or actual U.S.

And BTW, I didn't mean to sound so harsh about the quality of the Griffin
CYM and SA releases.  I'm very happy that they're out, but was merely in a
nitpicking mode once I got them.
