BOC: hot rails cover

I was listening to a late night college radio show called "All Out Attack"
that was lots of metal music interspersed with mangled sample quotes from
Satan, Reagan, Limbaugh, and other famous evils. After a bit from Satan
promising to let someone sit at his right hand if they help corrupt the
youth of america, the song "Hot Rails to Hell" came on. It wasn't BOC.
The song was fairly faithful to the original, but it was a bit faster
and the vocalist had more of a destroyed larynx than anyone in BOC.

It was difficult to get information out of a rather drunken college radio
DJ who was blasting the music in his booth and who answers his phone with
"this had better be important!", but he said something about it being
by [spelling?] TescoVee and White Flag from the [garbled] compilation.
