Maybe it's another novel American misunderstanding of all things euro? I
guess you could say something to the effect of 'to hammer it in' (excuse
my french, ladies and gentlemen) in any language... And what would you
do with a box of swedish hard-ons anyway? Play squash? :-) Of course,
the Grateful Dead's 'Box of Rain' has a whole new meaning now...
