Just to follow up on Andy's posting, it seems that BOC-L *does* allow the
standard LISTSERV "REVIEW" command (some LISTSERV mailing lists disable
this, except for the moderator, for default member privacy).

So, to get a list of the subscribers (names and e-mail addresses), send
this command in the body of a mail message sent to LISTSERV at LISTSERV.SPC.EDU:

        REVIEW BOC-L

To hide your membership from this listing, send this command in the body
of a mail message sent to LISTSERV at LISTSERV.SPC.EDU:

        SET BOC-L CONCEAL
