I have checked Codex again - well, you can guess origin of some songs
(with the help of other HW-related documents like Discography and Gig
List) - e.g. it's obvious that High Rise is recorded in 1977 - but many
songs appeared only on various compilations so there's no "original
album" for them.

It seems than no one here owns this booklet?
