Is there a reason that Japan seems to be getting all of the new releases early?

I know they received the new Daryl Hall album already.

Also, the Ritchie Blackmore acoustic album is only listed as being
released there (so far).

Hmmmmm. I'd consider moving there, but their cost of living is
astronomical. Oh well.
