no expert here,
but horse tranquilizers have nothing to do with pcp afaik.
i believe pcp has something to do with formaldehyde, embalming fluid.
to the best of my knowledge, i have done pcp three times.
1.it was called "t" and was supposed to be crystalised thc. it was not,
as i understand no such form exists.
2.it was called "boat" and was a parsley joint dipped in morticians
embalming fluid. 1 hit = 6 hours of nothingness.
3.as angel dust.

all of these were done b4 i knew anything about pcp.

it most likely has never been used as a tranquilizer, as it does not
promote sleep, save for perhaps braindeath, and renders its user
impervious to pain, and relieves the user of every iota of give-a-shit.

pcp is the drug you see on tv where the cops pump a dozen or so rounds
into the badguy, and he doesn't notice.

not recommended.

i know alan, and can't see him using pcp. maybe he tried it, like i did,
but i doubt it caught on with him.

IF he sang horse tranq in that song, id like to hear it, cos it is
rythmically difficult to imagine.

and if he did, he was probably referring to placidels or some such.
(which can be a lot of fun, if yer stayin home and nothing to do.)

here is one way you could tell if he was on any of these drugs...   did
his bass-playing suck?  if not, then the answer is most likely no.
