OFF: Ape

Has anyone got a list of all the films and the order in
which they were released?  I've seen them all at various
times, but never really put together the entire story.
If I had the running order, I could re-watch them all and
put the whole thing together.  Are all of the films widely
available for purchase in the US?

I wonder if the proposed remake will just cover the first
film, or if they will make some attempt to tell the longer
story?
