My copy is (allegedly) (and I believe them!) on its way to me now, from
http://www.forcedexposure.com, $16 + postage (which didn't strike me as at
all bad).  I'll post a note when I've got it!

It's Chris Karrer from Amon Duul II (but you already knew that).
