BOC, BRAIN: The new BOC FAQ is HERE!

Yes, in the "Last Days of '97", I have completed version 2.3 of the
BOC FAQ.  A copy now resides in the BOC-L archives, or you can get to

PS:  Assuming that BOC stays on track for a 1998 studio release, version
