Well, seeing it's public now - they start this this week. They hope
to have it ready before the tour/s.

D'oh! Oh well - you've only divulged 2/3 of it ..... At least I kept
my promise! Doug will be making a formal announcement in a few weeks
(when details are finalised), and doesn't want it "watered down" by
rumours circulating before hand.
