Hey... I'm thinking about coming up to this thing.  (it's about time...)

Anyway, who else is going and might be able to provide transport from
NYCity, perhaps house me or camp w/me (and possibly a friend)?  What exactly
are the possible accomodations on this thing?

But I -would- like to get there and be with someone who knows a little bit
more about that area of NY.  Heck, I've never been to any part of NY.

P.S.:  It looks like the least expensive way to get there is to fly to New
York City and then cross the state some other way.  Since neither my friend
nor I will be old enough to rent a car (we have to be 25yrsold, darnit),
that's the main reason I'm writing this message.  TRANSPORTATION.
