BOC: early Albert vocals

Bolle tells me this was Albert (I have a copy of that tape too, although
it's mislabelled as "Wollman Skating Rink").

I can kinda see having Eric sing Astronomy as Albert's vocals sounded a
bit rougher in that performance, but I think Albert's renditions of
Dominance and Submission blows Eric's away.  This is a great song to
hear the Brain Surgeons do and Albert's delivery is great.  If you can find
the Mike Watt CD single with the added D+S track, get it -- Albert
delivers the (IMHO) definitive vocal performance of this song.
