Good point - drum solos (and bass solos too as don't forget Danny's
"Monster Bass" solo precedes the drum solo) in such a shortened set make
little sense. They really should eliminate it to squeeze in one more
song.

Well, I understand your logic, but since in actuality DFtR really isn't
the show-closer (hey, most "encores" are planned - how many times has BOC
NOT taken an encore in the past 20 years?) I think it works well where it
is (if it really has to be anywhere in the set, which, of course, it does).
