Well, it is the promo CD which was offered on the official HAWKWIND WWW-Site.

I suppose it is identical to the forthcomming official single CD, but the
promo has no special cover, just a plain white one with black letters saying:

THE EMERGENCY BROADCAST SYSTEM
PROMOTION ONLY! NOT FOR RELEASE
