Well to return this to the original question concerning is that Lemmy? Is
that an 8 string bass? What's going on?
I saw an interesting picture on the WWWhatusp Hawkwind Site check

You'll see first see a naked dancer guy a.k.a. eggman but the only visible
person on stage could be Lemmy and what is that he's playing but a bass
that could just possibly have 8 strings hmmm. And whose that off on
the other side of the stage it looks somewhat no almost definately like
Michael Moorcock is he in on this bass thing too?

Just interested in other's thoughts.
