Argh! I have no idea why I have passed this up a zillion times, I used to see it all over the place (Oslo, New York, Amsterdam - the entire western hemisphere) until a couple of years ago, and now I can't find it of course... anywhere! Not even mail order. Will the mad culprit with the crate of these please come forth to the benefit of all? Christian
