Becasue Brookes universty computer services like to pay money to netsacpe
company instead of paying nothing to microsoft. Besides I use the rubbish
winpost whihc doesn't allow you to reply to the reply filed although it's
listed. Only to the sender who is

boc-l disscussion list<boc-l at listserv.spc.edu>

And you can't change the sender field either when replying. Still it's free.
