I can't remember exactly how I subscribed, but the list is at
eloy at cs.uwp.edu. Try mailing it - it will probably return a "how to
subscribe" message. If not, try mailing Robin Stierkat at
rstierka at mizar.rz.uni-ulm.de - he maintains it
