I assumed that this was because of certain pecuniary complications
involved with the impermissible transference of originally conceptualised
material information effecting an assumed capitalistic aggrandisement of
individual emolument rather than solely for the furtherance of the pursuit
of knowledge.    But I could be wrong.

In other words - don't you run up against a copyright problem?
